Just a reminder that April 12th the OSBA will have the 1st of our monthly meetings.

This is to help you with your beekeeping experiences. We are working on having hands on activities for you, so bring a bee suit if you have one. We may have a few spares if need be.

The meeting will be at the OKLAHOMA COUNTY EXTENSION OFFICE,

2500 NE 63RD STREET

The meeting starts at 9 and we should be finished by noon.

Beekeeping Tips

start with 2 hives
chose a good hive location
order bees early
perform needed hive inspections
make beekeeping friends

Displaying pictures provided by our people was a great success at the state fair.
We are asking that you send us some more and we'll show the public in our information booth at the 2025 state fair again.
